Brilliant Lemon in colour, the bouquet is complex and fine; scents of ripe fruit and fresh yellow flowers, combined with the vanilla aromas of the wood, highly persistent. In barriques for about 11 months with stirring of the pomace during initial months and refinement in the bottle for at least one year in a temperature-controlled environment. Rich, complex and seductive, goes perfectly with smoked fish, risottos, mature cheeses and white meats, even spicy versions.

A refreshing crisp dry wine, which immediately shows intense floral notes of acacia, almond and various flowers. These sensations are combined by a pleasant, savory and slightly spicy aroma, which still gives complexity and balance. Well balanced with great acidity and a long elegant finish.

On the nose, notes of grapefruit and orange are followed by sensations of orange blossom with a salty note, typical of Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi that appears towards the end. Soft wine, with an important acidity but balanced by excellent flavours, of citrus and savory notes in the medium-long finish. Pair it with starters, fish dishes, pasta and poultry. Also good with vegetables and pizza. In short, wherever you want.

Worchester Hop: Hard cheese, made by the Hodgetts Family for over 25 years, based on the outskirts of Worcester. Full flavoured – soft, creamy cheddar with a distinct outer coating of toasted hops. Cow • Pasteurised • Vegetarian
Cenarth Brie: It has a creamy white interior synonymous with a classic Brie, along with a delightfully gooey centre. The flavour of the Brie is soothing and mellow and has a suggestion of nuttiness with subtle tones of fresh mushrooms and butter extending into a creamy and smooth finish. Yorkshire Blue: This blue is made with milk from Yorkshire cows only. There is no bitterness here with this blue, it has soft creaminess with a slightly sweet buttery flavour profile. Cow • Pasteurised • Vegetarian
Rutland Red: Traditional cloth-bound Red Leicester aged for a minimum of 6 months. A cheese that stands out on any cheese board, not only for its bright natural red colouring, but also by its distinctive bold taste – nutty, caramel savouriness. Cow • Pasteurised • Vegetarian

Appassimento 2019 – Azienda Kerinos: Rich, complex and intense flavours of ripe dark cherry and plum, with spicy notes of vanilla and toasted oak. Full bodied, with velvety tannins and a long elegant finish. An outstanding blend from Primitivo e Negramaro.

Passerina Offida DOCG 2020 – Le Vigne di Clementina Fabi

The nose on this 100% Organic Passerina is full of white flowers and crunchy fruits, pear above all. On the palate it is fresh, and with a fruity finish of citrus and tropical fruit.  Notes of ripe pear, honeydew, melon, wet rock minerals, with a long, gentle cantaloupe, low-acid finish.
