The nose is full of mature and dried red fruits, in the mouth the first sip preludes the smoothness and the power that you can feel after a few sips. The mix between the drying process and the oak barreling is very well balanced into a top Primitivo di Manduria DOP. In the Magnum, as there is more liquid in the bottle the exchange between air and wine through the cork, makes the wine more complex. For this reason, you can keep it until 2030/2035 and enjoy the aging process.
